A south Florida plumbing company handled all their service calls via an outdated Access database built in the 1990s and running on Windows XP. The new owner wanted to upgrade his computer and the old system would not run on Windows 10.
We were able to rescue the customer’s data off the the old XP computers. We converted the data to the latest version of Access and saved most of the reports and screens. Where we could not rescue an old report or screen, we worked with the customer to rebuild from scratch, using the latest version of Access.
We were able to convert and upgrade the customer’s business-critical database over the weekend, with no impact to the business and no loss of data.
